How much does shipping cost?

We provide a flat-rate Express Shipping option for US$9.90 to most destinations.
Orders over US$99 qualify for free Express Shipping.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Express Shipping: 8–15 business days after dispatch.
Please note that local customs processing may occasionally cause delays beyond our control.

When will my order be shipped?

In-stock items are typically dispatched within 1–2 weeks.

Who is responsible for taxes and duties?

As we must declare the full value of all international shipments, customers are responsible for any import taxes, duties, or fees required by their country. These are not included in the product or shipping cost.

CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS

Can I change my order?

Yes, you may request changes to your order by contacting us as soon as possible. Please note that if your order was placed after 12 PM on a business day, it may have already been processed or shipped, in which case we are unable to make any modifications.

Can I cancel my order?

Order cancellation is possible if requested promptly. If your order was placed after 12 PM on a business day, it may have already entered the shipping process and cannot be canceled. Once canceled, your refund will be processed using your original payment method.

What if my order has already been shipped?

If your order has already been shipped, it cannot be changed or canceled. In this case, you can return the item(s) after delivery according to our Return Policy.

Will your bands fit my wrist?

Our bands are designed to fit a wide range of wrist sizes. For detailed sizing information and specific measurements, please refer to the individual product page of each band.

Are your bands compatible with all Apple Watches?

Yes! All our bands are compatible with every model of Apple Watch across all series, including the latest Apple Watch Ultra.

Can I exchange my watch band for another color or size?

Before your order ships:
You can request changes to color, size, or other details before your order enters the shipping process. Please note this may cause a few days' delay in your order fulfillment.

After your order ships:
Unfortunately, we cannot make any changes to your order once it has been shipped. However, you may return the watch band in its original, unworn condition for a refund, then place a new order for your preferred choice.

To qualify for a refund:

  • The band must be in brand new condition with no signs of wear
  • The band must not be bent or altered in any way
  • All original packaging and tags must be included

We appreciate your understanding in not trying on the band if you intend to exchange it, as this helps us maintain our quality standards for all customers.
